 This class will use video analysis and emphasize teaching hitters simple cause and effect as it relates to their swing.  The Advanced Hitter will develop an understanding of how to self correct at game speed.  This class will develop a "PERFORMANCE ROUTINE" and a swing awareness that is followed up with a mental, emotional and physical test.
